One moment.
Your private space. Everything from our sessions lives here, along with what you are working on now and anything you want us to look at.
Use the code QTVIP when you book. There is nothing to pay.
The bigger things you are working towards. Tick one off and it clears itself.
Add your tasks here. Tick one off and it clears itself.
How you are travelling. Only you and us see this.
Drop your request for feedback in the box below. Paste in as many links as you like, a Notion page, a Google Doc, a landing page, anything you want us to open. They come out as links we can click. Got a document instead? Drag it onto the box, or press Attach a document.
Links you want us to look at, or anything worth keeping in one place.
Keep these current so we can post things to you, mark your birthday, and get the catering right at intensives and the retreat.
What you told us when you joined. If any of it has moved on, tell us in the feedback box and we will bring it up to date.
Every Queen's Table client, what is waiting on you, and anything the matching was not certain about.

She is added here and sent an invitation. There is no public sign-up.
Written each morning from her onboarding questionnaire, for the two of you. She sees nothing until you press Share with her. Edit it in Notion first: make every CHECK call and delete anything she should not read. She gets exactly what Notion says at the moment you share, and later edits do not reach her unless you share again.
Problems and wishes about the portal. Deciding on one clears it from here, and she sees where it got to on her own page. Bin removes it for good.
What a client has asked us to look at, the one waiting longest at the top. Respond writes straight back into her thread and clears the row. Mark done clears it without writing anything. What she wrote stays on her own page either way.
Only the ones that could belong to more than one client. Nothing here has reached anybody.
Calls that matched nobody, mostly your own internal ones. Titles only, contents never stored.
Only needed when connecting a new Fathom or Acuity account, or pulling in a client's history for the first time.
One choice for every client page. To add a photograph, drop it in the
banners folder and tell me the filename.
Walks both accounts. Preview saves nothing. Anything already filed is skipped, and it carries on from where it stopped, so press it again until it says it has read the lot. A session's action items belong to everyone on the call, so only the ones assigned to her reach her task list. If a session opens with no notes under it, "Fetch any missing notes" asks Fathom for that one recording and fills the blank. It only ever fills a blank, so it is safe to press at any time.
The welcome form and the onboarding questionnaire. Fills blanks only, so anything already in the portal is left alone.
The original fourteen client pages. Nobody is emailed, and a second run adds nothing it has already added.
These send themselves every Sunday evening. These buttons are only for checking, or for sending early.
Every morning this checks for a Queen's Table birthday three days out, and if there is one it emails support, Hamish and Erika so a gift can still be posted. Nothing goes out on the days there is nobody. These buttons are for checking.
When a session files onto a client's page she is emailed to say so, with a link to sign in. It happens on its own, once per session, and only for a call from the last fortnight, so importing old history stays quiet. This button shows you the wording and goes only to you.
When a client posts under Feedback, support, Hamish and Erika are emailed the request with her links in it, so nobody has to open the admin page to find out she is waiting. Once per request. Her reflection journal is never sent on, and neither is anything you write back. This button shows you the wording and goes only to you.
Registers the Fathom and Acuity webhooks. Needed once per account, and again only if one is ever deleted at their end.
